One person you trust. No app for them

Share one item with someone you trust and ask a question. They open a link in any browser and answer. Their reply lands on the item. You can stop sharing any time.

For families

A membership, not an account

No email, no password, nothing to remember. You get a member number and a printed card in your welcome pack, like Costco. Give it to a parent for the same price.

Made for the way you actually use a phone

Every choice below was made to keep things simple, predictable, and in your control.

  1. Big type, one thing per screen

Large text and one question per screen. Turn the text up and it still fits.

  2. Nothing to remember

No email, no password, no security questions. Your member number is on your card, and your phone confirms it is you.

  3. Talk instead of type

Say what happened out loud, or point the camera at the letter. Choose whichever works for you.

  4. Nothing happens without your yes

It never adds a reminder, sends a message, or shares anything unless you tap yes. You can undo it.

  5. One person you trust

You choose who. You choose what. They see one item, answer, and that is all. Stop sharing any time.

  6. A card you can hold

A printed card arrives in the mail with your number on it. If the phone is lost, the card and a recovery code get you back in.

  7. Made for iPhone

An iPhone from the last few years is all you need. Your helper can answer from any phone or computer.

  8. One clear yearly price

$65 a year, like a Costco card. The price is shown before every renewal, and you can cancel from the app.

$65 a year

The price of a Costco card. Help with letters, bills, and calls, a printed card in the mail, and someone you trust to ask when you choose. Cancel from the app any time.

Questions people ask before they join

If yours is not here, write to hello@mainstayclub.com

No. You get a member number and a printed card in your welcome pack, like Costco. The number is how you join on your phone. There is nothing to remember and nothing to reset.

Your membership lives with your member number, not the phone. Your welcome pack includes a printed recovery code. Use the number and the code on a new phone and you are back. The card on its own never opens your private items.

No, never. Mainstay tells you what looks suspicious or what it cannot verify, and why. Then it gives you one independent way to check, such as calling the number on the back of your own card, not the number in the message.

Only the items you choose to share, one at a time. She gets a link, looks at that one item, and answers. She cannot browse anything else, and you can stop sharing whenever you like.

Not included. The membership is the app, the card, and your own helper, someone you already trust. If we ever add human help it will be priced separately, and we will say so plainly before you pay for it.

The app is for iPhone first. Your helper does not need the app at all. They can answer from any phone or computer with a web browser.

$65 a year, for one person. Giving it to a parent costs the same. The printed card and welcome pack are included. There is one membership price.

Yes, from the app, in a few taps. We show the price before every renewal, so nothing renews quietly.
