A second pair of eyes for your mom, on her terms
You have probably been the person who gets the photo of the letter. Mainstay helps your parent understand the letter and choose a next step, and it does it without you seeing anything your parent did not choose to show you.

What you get as the helper
Your parent picks an item and taps Ask. You get a text with a link. It opens in your browser, you see that one item, you type a line back, done.
You never log in. There is no app to install and no account to make. You cannot look at anything your parent did not send you.

What your parent gets
The app, the card, and a short weekly list. They photograph a letter or bill, paste a text, or describe a call or a visit. It tells them what it means, what looks suspicious, and a next step they can choose.
Nothing to remember. No email, no password. A member number and a card in their name. They confirm each dated next step before it is added.
What you see
- By default, nothing
- Not what they looked at, not what they asked, not when. If they do not send you an item, you do not know it exists.
- An optional monthly count for whoever pays
- How many items they checked and how many were flagged. Never the contents. They turn it on from their own phone, and they can turn it off again.
How to give it
Buy a membership for them
$65 a year, the same price as buying it for yourself.
You get a member number
Write it in a card or read it out on the phone. That is the whole handover.
Your parent joins on their own phone with it
No email, no password, no account to set up for them.
The card arrives in their name
In a welcome pack with a printed recovery code, in case the phone is ever lost.
A second pair of eyes, on their terms
They decide what you see. You get a link when they want your help, and nothing when they do not.
Give Mainstay to a parent$65 a year. The same price whether it is for you or for a parent
